Loopy Monster to debut in August PDF Print E-mail
Local Colorado company Miniature Amusements, makers of the classic Tycoon Roller Coaster Construction Set, have announced the introduction of a new entry level roller coaster construction set called the Loopy Monster. Currently slated for August, 2009 availability, the Loopy Monster will contain roughly 225 colorful plastic pieces, a decal set for the train and station and the ability to build over a dozen different coaster layouts featuring inversions and a vertical loop. In keeping with the current "green" trend in manufacturing a printed instruction manual will not be included in the box but will be downloadable on the internet. A universal power supply is included. With a lovable spokesmonster, fun graphics, and an incredible retail price of only $59.99, the Loopy Monster should provide a great introduction to the thrills of model roller coaster design and building for parents and budding coaster designers everywhere. Though an expansion pack for even greater design flexibility is planned, the Loopy Monster is fully compatible with all the existing Miniature Amusements accessories available at MRCHQ so adding to the Loopy Monster won't be a problem. We can't wait to see Loopy!
